I am a Doctoral researcher at Tampere University, focusing on multimodal tumor profiling and biologically informed patient stratification in colorectal cancer. My research integrates bulk transcriptomics, whole-exome sequencing, and multiplex spatial profiling across a large CRC cohort to characterize tumor ecosystem heterogeneity and translate molecular and microenvironmental patterns into recurrence risk signatures. I work across secure HPC and Azure ML environments, combining bash, R, and Python, guided by the research question rather than a fixed toolkit.
